The third annual PRIAC DAY 28-11-2024 was held at the Prague Marriott Hotel, Celnice 8, Prague 1, with the motto: “Arbitration as a tool of competition”.
Distinguished guests from business and arbitration took part in two panel discussions:
- Panel 1 — the position of arbitrators in the Czech and international legal environment and the economics of arbitration.
- Panel 2 — practice in the Czech and international arbitration environment, including developments in relations among permanent arbitration courts (the media-known “war of the courts”), the role of PRIAC as a leader in international arbitration, and the experience of the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno.
The conference was moderated throughout by PRIAC Chairman Vít Horáček. PRIAC DAY concluded with a midday reception.
