Prague, 4 February 2026 — JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D., has been elected Vice-Chairman of the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC).
David Řezníček has long served at PRIAC as an arbitrator and member of the Presidium. In his new role he will participate in the further development of arbitration in the Czech Republic and in strengthening the position of PRIAC as an internationally respected arbitral institution.
“The Czech business community needs fast, fair and predictable resolution of commercial disputes. Thanks to the excellent quality of its arbitrators and a modern procedural model, PRIAC has the chance to become a genuinely internationally recognised arbitration centre. That is what I intend to work on intensively in my new role,” said David Řezníček.
PRIAC cooperates on a long-term basis with key industrial associations in the Czech Republic — with the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (SP ČR), the Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic (AMSP ČR) and the Confederation of Employers' and Business Associations of the Czech Republic (KZPS).
