CMCEK commodities.

The subject of exchange transactions carried out at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno are the commodities specified in the state authorisation granted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic.

The subject of exchange transactions are the following commodities.

  1. wood, timber, sawn timber, construction and packaging materials based on wood and wood waste,
  2. mineral raw materials, including processed ores, non-metallic minerals and fuels,
  3. pulp, paper and paper products,
  4. products of coking plants and oil refining,
  5. chemical products, chemical compounds and chemical fibres,
  6. construction and packaging materials based on rubber, plastics, glass, ceramics and concrete,
  7. metals and their alloys, including metallurgical products,
  8. metal construction materials and prefabricates, wire products, fasteners, chains, fittings, bearings,
  9. waste and secondary raw materials,
  10. semi-finished and finished products offered and demanded by the Administration of State Material Reserves,
  11. semi-finished and finished products made from raw materials and materials listed in the preceding items,
  12. electrical energy,
  13. plant and animal production products, including products of their processing, as well as products used in connection with their production, transport, processing or sale,
  14. greenhouse gas emission allowances,
  15. medical supplies,
  16. gases and gas mixtures.

It is also possible to conclude exchange transactions at CMCEK for commodity-related services, in particular insurance, transport, storage or freight forwarding.

The Arbitration Court decides all property disputes relating to these commodities, as well as disputes from off-exchange transactions whose subject matter comprises these commodities and related services.
